Upon examination by the expert consultative committee for corporate governance and according to the index rules, the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) and China Securities Index Co., Ltd. (CSI) have decided to adjust the constituents of the SSE Corporate Governance Index from July 1, 2009, with 3 stock deleted and 16 (including Guangshen Railway) added.
