Hu Lingling

Hu Lingling, male, born in August 1963, holds a bachelor’s degree and is an engineer. Mr. Hu had previously served as the deputy head of Shaoguan Railway Station of Guangzhou Railway Group Yang Cheng Railway Company, the deputy chief engineer and deputy general manager of Guangzhou Railway Group Yang Cheng Railway Company, the head of the Transportation Section of GRGC, the deputy general manager of GRGC, a staff of the Global Business Department of the Permanent Headquarter of International Union of Railways in Paris, France and the deputy general manager of Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link Company Limited. He has been serving as the general manager and secretary of the Working Committee of the Party of the Company since November 2015.
Zhou Shangde

Zhou Shangde, male, born in December 1970, is currently an Executive Director and deputy secretary of party committee of the Company. Mr. Zhou holds a master’s degree and is a political officer. Mr. Zhou had previously served as the deputy head of the Organization and Human Resources Department, the chief of the Party Committee Office and the chairman of the union of the General Service Center of the Company; the deputy head of the Human Resources Department, the deputy office chief and chief of the Reception Office and the secretary of the Party General Branch of the Company Affairs Office of GRGC; and the secretary of the Party Committee and head of the Shenzhen Railway Station, the head and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the Shenzhen North Railway Station of the Company, and an employee representative supervisor of the Company. He is currently the deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the Company.
Gong Yuwen
Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee,Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission
Gong Yuwen, mail, born in September 1966, is currently the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and the Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Comission of the Company. Mr. Gong holds a bachelor's degree and is an economist. He had served successively as the deputy director and the director of the human resoures department (party committee organization) leading the personnel department of GRGC and the deputy diretor of the organizational department of the party committee. He also served in the Company as the Party Deputy Secretary and the deputy station master of Guangzhou East Station, the Secretary of the Party Committee and the deputy station master. He is currently the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and the Secretary of the Discipline Inspecton Commission ot the Company.
Tang Xiangdong

Tang Xiangdong, male, born in September 1968, is the Chairman of Labor Union, Deputy General Manager and the Secretary of the Board of the Company. Mr. Tang graduated with a bachelor’s degree and holds an MBA degree, and is a senior accountant. He had served as the Office Supervisor of the Revenue Settlement Center, the Director of the Finance Department and the Chief Accountant of the Company. He is currently the Chairman of Labor Union, Deputy General Manager and the Secretary of the Board of the Company.
Luo Jiancheng
Deputy General Manager
Luo Jiancheng, male, born in January 1973, now is a Deputy General Manager of the Company. Mr. Luo is a graduate with bachelor degree and is a senior engineer. Mr. Luo served sucessively as the Chief of Investigation & Inspection Division of the General Office of GRGC, Shiweitang Station Master of Guangdong Sanmao Railway Company, Deputy Chief of Transportation Department of GRGC, the assistant of General Manager of our Comany, General Manager of Guangzhou Tiecheng Industrial Company and the Deputy General Manager of Guangmeishan Railway Company. Since December 2016, he has been the deputy general manager of our Company.
Luo Xinpeng

Luo Xinpeng, male, born in October 1965, now is the Chief Accountant of our Company. Mr. Luo has a graduate of bachelor degree and in-service graduate degree and is a senior accountant. Mr. Luo served successively as the Chief Accountant of Guangzhou Railway Vehicle Factory of GRGC, the Chief Accountant of Yuehai Railway Company Limited, the Chief Accountant of Hainan Railway Company Limited, etc. Since October 2019, Mr. Luo has been the Chief Accountant of our Company.
Huang Wu
Deputy General Manager
Huang Wu, male, born in October 1970, is the Deputy General Manager of the Company. Mr. Huang holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in engineering and is an economist. Mr. Huang has served as an accountant in the finance office of the Guangzhou Railway Section of the Yangcheng company headquarters of the GRGC, an assistant accountant and deputy director of the Talent Exchange and Training Center of the Cadre Department of the GRGC (Party Committee Cadre Department), the director of the Political and Legal Comprehensive Management (Road Protection and Joint Defense) Office, and the director of the Human Defense and Preparedness Department, director of the Security Department and director of the Political and Legal Affairs Office of the GRGC. He is currently the Deputy General Manager of the Company.
